Ingredients

  • puff pastry sheets, cut into 4 squares
  • red onion, sliced
  • hotdogs or sausages
  • bbq sauce, honey mystard, dijon mustard, tomato sauce. any sauces of your choice
  • grated cheese
  • bacon rashes, diced
  • honey

Steps

    Oven 180 ° c. In a saucepan, saute the onion until softened. Add bacon, cook until crispy. Drizzle with honey. Cook gor another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Lay a square of puff pastry on the bench. Lightly poke holes with a fork.

  3. 3

    Spread over desired sauce. Sprinkle over onion mixture and cheese and spread evenly. Place hotdog/sausage on one end then roll up.

    Place the hotdogs onto a lined tray. Put in oven and cook for roughly 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Note: if using sausages, half cook them on stove first before placing in oven.
