Phir ek bowl mein besan ka bettar tayar kar lein

Tayar besan ko chach mein mix kar dein

Chach mein thoda salt, haldi, mirchi add karen

Aab Pakode ke liye besan ka gada bettar tayar karten hain

Pakode ke liye 2onion, chutki ajwayan, salt, red chilli, aur oil talne ke liye

Oil garam kar lijiye

Besan mein salt, chilli ajwayan add karen phir thoda water dalker gada ghol tayar karen

Phir us ghol mein onion add karen

Ab oil garam ho gaya hai

Aab garam oil mein ghol ke chote chote Pakode banayen

Udhar tadka banane ke liye ek teaspoon oil dalen

Oil mein hing, methi, jeera, ginger, garlic, paste dalker halka golden hone tak bhun lein

Jab tadka halka golden ho jaye toh uske baad usme thoda sa pani add karke usme haldi, mirchi, salt dalen

Aab usme chach wala ghol dal kar hilate jayen

Beech mein hilana chodna nahin hai jabtak ki ubaal na a jaye agar beech mein hilana chod denge to kadi fat jayegi

Ubaal aane ke baad gas sim karen half hour ke liye

Jab kadi acche se kad jaye toh usme Pakode aad karen

5minute ke baad gas band kar dein
