Wash beef and boiled until it be soft

Use different sufuria, put oin ana onion,frying onion until it turn golden Brown

Add Ginger and capsicum, as u mix them

Add tomato and mix properly, then let it cook well

Add beef followed by Dania,

Add salt, and 1tbsp of royco then mix properly

Add small water n let it cook for 5-15

Reduce heart and let it cook

Use a different sufuria put small oil with onion

Frying onion until it turn brown,then add one tomato and salt

Tying it well then add spinach and let it cook for two minute

Serve with ugali
