Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/2onion, chopped
  3. 2 canmixed veggies
  4. 2 envelopeinstant mashed potatoes
  5. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

  1. 1

    Brown beef with onion. Then drain.

  2. 2

    Add cans of mixed veggies

  3. 3

    Prepare potatoes according to instructions

  4. 4

    Pour beef and veggie mixture into casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Add potatoes on top and smooth out

  6. 6

    Add cheese on top

  7. 7

    Place in oven for 10 min at 300

  8. 8

    Enjoy!
