Sift the chestnut flour into a large bowl.

Add the water, a pinch of salt, and olive oil. Mix well.

Let the batter rest for two hours.

Stir in the pine nuts, raisins, and walnuts.

Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with olive oil. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
