Steps

Peel potatoes..cut into cubes.

Cut cauliflower, chopped green chilli,peel ginger and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a wok,add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add chopped green chilli and ginger.

Add all dry spices except garam masala and dry mango powder.

Saute for 2-3 minutes and now add cut cauliflower and potatoes mix well.cover and cook on low flame.

When cooked cauliflower and potatoes now add dry mango powder and garam masala mix well.

Add chopped green coriander.

Serve hot with roti/paratha..
