Ingredients

  1. 4frozen boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 jar(11 oz) apricot preserves
  3. 1 tbspDijon mustard
  4. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/4 tspground ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot.

  2. 2

    Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6 hours.

  4. 4

    Shred chicken before serving.
