4frozen boneless chicken breasts
1 jar(11 oz) apricot preserves
1 tbspDijon mustard
1 tbspsoy sauce
1/4 tspground ginger

Steps

1

Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot.

Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken
3

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Shred chicken before serving.
