Ingredients

  1. 4 ozbutter
  2. 2 cupcooked and mashed sweet potatos (2 cups = 3.25 potatos)
  3. 2 cupsugar
  4. 1 canevaporated milk (5 ounce)
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 3each eggs
  7. 1 1/2 tspcinnamon
  8. 1each deep dish pie shell (or 2 shallow) unbaked
  9. 1 pinchnutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and boil potatos

  2. 2

    Mix butter, potato's, sugar, and evaporated milk until well blended

  3. 3

    Add vanilla, eggs, nutmeg and cinnamon, mix well

  4. 4

    Pour into pie shell

  5. 5

    Bake in oven at 350°F for 1 hour or until set.
