Ingredients

  1. 4 lbStew Beef
  2. 3 eachOnion; medium sized and sliced
  3. 1 cupMushrooms; sliced
  4. 2 canCream of Mushroom Soup
  5. 5 eachCelery Stalks; chopped
  6. 8 ozWhole Milk
  7. 1 lbEgg noodles; cooked
  8. 1 dashSalt & Pepper to taste
  9. 1 smallamount of Paprika
  10. 1 smallamount of Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan fry beef in a BIG pan/ wok add a little butter and sprinkle with paprika while browning.

  2. 2

    Add onions, mushrooms and soup to the pan.

  3. 3

    Simmer about 45 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add egg noodles and coat well with sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve Hot!
