Ingredients

60 hours
6 servings
  1. 4 lbvenison roast
  2. 18 oz. can of tomato sauce
  3. 3 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 5carrots, chopped
  6. 5 mediumsized potatoes, diced
  7. 1 mediumyellow onion, diced
  8. 1 cupof chopped celery
  9. 1 1/2 cupwater
  10. 1seasoned salt to taste
  11. 1 dashof tobasco sauce
  12. 1 dashof chilli powder
  13. 1pepper to taste
  14. 2 tbspflour
  15. 1 tbspwater

Steps

60 hours
  1. 1

    combine all ingredients except last two, in crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours on low or 5 hours on high.

  2. 2

    separate the carrots and potatoes from the venison after cooking.

  3. 3

    remove the meat from the crockpot and make gravy of the remains in the crockpot which can be thickened by adding a mixture of the flour and water.
