Clean and rinse the Gizzards and put them in a pot to cook for an hour

Then chop your onion and pepper and also grate your tomato

Drizzle the cooking oil on a pot and start to fry your onions and pepper, once they turn golden brown, then put your chicken stock and spice your mixture.

Once the mixture is cooked perfectly then pour your gizzards and let them mix with onion and spices, as the spice fuse then pour your tomato

Then in a cup pour your flour and brown onion soup and mix and pour over the gizzards, then lower your heat. Then the mixture will thicken.

Gizzards are ready to be served.
