Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsafed matar
  2. 200 gmmaida
  3. Oil to fry
  4. 1 tspchat masala
  5. 1/2 tsplal mirch, garam masala, jeera pisa, kala namak, salt
  6. Chopped dhaniya
  7. few green chilli
  8. Chopped onion
  9. 250 gmsweet curd
  10. 100 gmimli ki chutney
  11. 50 gmdesi gee
  12. 2 tbspoil and pinch of salt to mix in maida

    First of all boil the over night soaked matar in presser cooker with some salt.

  2. 2

    Take a pan with hot desi ghee,pour boiled matar in it and fry well.

  3. 3

    Mix all spices well and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Kneed maida with salt, oil and water.

  5. 5

    Make a hard dough, divide in prices make thin papdi.

  6. 6

    Fry all of them in low medium flame till become crispy.

  7. 7

    Put papdi in plate, spread matar over it.

  8. 8

    Pour curd,chutney, mirch salt jeera,chat masala according to taste.

  9. 9

    Garnish with chopped chilli onion and hara duniya.
