First of all boil the over night soaked matar in presser cooker with some salt.

Take a pan with hot desi ghee,pour boiled matar in it and fry well.

Mix all spices well and keep aside.

Kneed maida with salt, oil and water.

Make a hard dough, divide in prices make thin papdi.
- 6
Fry all of them in low medium flame till become crispy.

Put papdi in plate, spread matar over it.
- 8
Pour curd,chutney, mirch salt jeera,chat masala according to taste.

Garnish with chopped chilli onion and hara duniya.
