Ingredients

  • 1 cupmalai
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the malai and sugar powder until mixture becomes light and fluffy and add vanilla essence.

    Add the baking soda, baking powder and mix it well.

    Make a soft dough.

    Dough divided into two equal parts.

    Add cocoa powder in one part mix well.

    Roll 1st part and cut the heart shapes with the help of mould.

    Now roll 2nd part and cut the heart shapes with the help of mould.

    Take 2 plain dough heart shapes and 1 chocolate heart shape join it.

    Now bake them in a preheated otg 160°c and bake for 45 minutes.

    Take out all cookies and allow them to get cooled.
