Dry roast oats in a pan and make fine powder in mixer. Dry roast rava too. When gets cool mix together in a bowl

In a tadka bowl add oil and put all tadka items in the given order first urad Dal and chana Dal let it cook for half a min then all other items.

Mix this tadka in both mix and mix well

Add curd then water and combine well of Idli batter consistency. Add salt.(Chk water add gradually as needed)

Grease oil to Idli maker moulds and keep ready
- 6
Add eno pkt to Idli batter and mix well.
- 7
Pour the batter with spoon in the moulds and cook for 10 -12 mins on a high flame. Cool down and remove from moulds
