  1. 2 lbshrimp
  2. 3 clovegarlic
  3. 1/3 cupolive oil
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  6. 1/4 cuptomato sauce
  7. 2 tbspred wine vinegar
  8. 2 tbspchopped fresh basil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, stir together garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce, vinegar.

    Season with basil, salt and cayenne pepper.

    Add shrimp and mix until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour, stirring once or twice.

    Add shrimp to skewer and grill.
