Heat oil in a pan. Add a pinch of hing,Mustard seeds, crushed fenugreek seeds, Turmeric powder, fennel seeds powder. Saute till all of them crackle. Add green chillies and salt stir well. Cover with lid for a minute. Sprinkle roasted besan mix well. Squeeze few drops of lemon stir again.

Besan wali mirchi is ready. Serve in lunch or dinner.

You can store in fridge for a week.
