Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupRolled oats
  2. 3/4 cupAlmond milk
  3. 1/2Over ripe banana
  4. 1/4 cupBerries (strawberries, blueberries, etc. )
  5. 1/2 tbspChia seeds
  6. 1 tbspSunflower seeds
  7. 1Honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a small jar, combine banana, berries, and almond milk. Mash together with a fork.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients to jar and refrigerate overnight.
