Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine, mix and toss all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and set aside to marinate for 5 hours. Marinated olives can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week. But we should bring the olives back to room temperature before serving because oil will solidify in the fridge.

Olives in brine are great for you to add other flavours. Great addition for a party. I normally buy them and add other bits to them and let them sit for a while to absorb the other flavours. If your not a big citrus fan do reduce the amount to half. Rae -

Olives in Olive oil Olives in Olive oil
You can add whatever you like. The measurements are only for a small amount but you can change it to your own liking. I kept mine simple as i didn't have much else in the house left but add what you prefer. Change the amount of olive oil to suit how much you are making. There must be a fair amount, the olive oil should come up 1/4-1/2 way up the bowl and the bowl should be full of olives. Rae -
