Pork Roll with Vegetables. Tender & Juicy.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the pork slowly on the side until you get a flat surface.

Marinate the pork with salt, black pepper & honey.

Cut all the vegetables & cut some for rolling.

Put the vegetables on the pork & roll slowly. Use toothpick to pin the pork.

2 tablespoon of cooking oil/olive oil, slow cook the pork roll & apply honey on it. At this stage DO NOT cook the roll 100%. Let it raw from inside.

1 tablespoon of cooking oil/olive oil. Fried the garlic until fragrance & put in the rest of the vegetables. A pinch of salt, dried basil & cooking wine(Optional).

Place a layer of vegetables on the pan. Put in the pork roll in the middle & put in the rest of the vegetables to cover up.

Cover the pan with aluminium foil. Preheat the oven at 230°C. Bake 20min to 25min at 230°C.

Cut the roll about 1.5cm tick.
