Roasted Chicken with Vegetables. Tender & Juicy

Marinate the chicken with honey, chopped garlic, black pepper & a pinch of coarse sea salt. Marinate for at least half hrs.

Cut all the vegetables & mix with dried basil, olive oil & a pinch of coarse sea salt.

Place all the chicken at the top of the vegetables. Pre heat the oven at 230°C/446°F.

Wrap up the pan with aluminium foil & bake in the oven at 230°C for 50min.

After 50min, unwrapped the pan & bake again for another 20min at 230°C until the chicken skin turn into brownish at the top.
- 6
Squeeze some lime juice.
