  • 1 cupEgyptian rice
  • 3 cupsmilk (710 ml)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Nuts for garnish
  • Raisins for garnish
  • podsCardamom
  • Pinchvanilla

Steps

    Heat the milk and add the washed rice.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and a pinch of vanilla, stir well, and let it cook over low heat.
