2 tbspchili powder
1 tbspdried oregano
1 tbspgarlic powder
2 tbspcelery salt
2 tbspblack pepper
2 tbspmustard seeds

Mix together and rub on meat at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.

Use approximately 1 teaspoon of dry rub for 12 oz meat. (Store extra rub in a ziplock bag or sealed plastic container)
