Mix maida with rava, sugar, ajwain, salt, and ghee and make crumbs of it.

Now add milk and water and make soft dough of it. And keep it for 2 hours.

Now make chapati of it and cut it in small cubes and fry it in oil on low flame till it become golden brown.

Store it in close container.
