Ingredients

3 serving
  1. 1 kgMeat(assorted)
  2. 3maggi cubes
  3. 1/4 kgbell pepper
  4. 1/2 kgfresh tomatoes
  5. Salt
  6. 1/2 kgMeat(orishishi)
  7. 5 pieceseggs
  8. 1big onion bulb
  9. 1wrap ogiri

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper with ata rodo.

  2. 2

    Wash the meat with salt and enough water.wash twice.

  3. 3

    Boil the meat for 30mins with intense heat.

  4. 4

    Boil the blended tomatoes and pepper till all the water drys.

  5. 5

    Bleach palmoil for 4minutes.allow it to cool

  6. 6

    Boil eggs separately for 5mins.

  7. 7

    Pour in the blended tomatoes.Fry for 10mins,pour in the meat and the stock.

  8. 8

    Add salt and maggi,ogiri and cook for 4mins.

  9. 9

    Peel the eggs and inside the ofada sauce.
