Take hung curd in a bowl. Add grated carrot, cucumber, onion, onion greens and coriander leaves to it.

Add salt, pepper and chaat masala.

Mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Trim slices of bread.

Take one slice of bread. Add 1 tablespoon stuffing. Spread it. Cover with another slice of bread.

Cut into four pieces.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
