3 cupcooked quinoa
4 ozdiced green chiles
1 cupcorn kernals
1/2 cupblack beans
1/2 cupdiced tomatoes
1/2 cupshredded pepperjack cheese
1/4 cupcrumbled feta cheese
3 tbspfresh chopped cilantro
1 tspcumin
1/2 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspchili powder
6bell peppers
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut the tops off your peppers and core them.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together.

Fill each pepper with the mixture.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
