The bigger the radish - the easier to shred it. Also eggs may be substituted by cooked or grilled chicken or beef. In this case julienne meet and add instead of eggs. All measurments are approximate. Adjust to your taste.

Julienne a good piece of a radish. I used Korean, any kind will do

Heat oil in a skillet.

Chop onion to small dice
- 4
Saute your onion until golden color and translucent
- 5
Chop hardboiled eggs
- 6
Now put together: julienned radish, sauteed onions (add to radish while it is still hot), hardboiled eggs, mayonnese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Can be served warm or cold
