  1. 3 cupradish
  2. 1 eachonion
  3. 2 eachhardboiled eggs
  4. 1vegetable oil
  5. 1salt
  6. 1pepper
  7. 2 tbspmayonese

Cooking Instructions

    Julienne a good piece of a radish. I used Korean, any kind will do

    Heat oil in a skillet.

  3. 3

    Chop onion to small dice

  4. 4

    Saute your onion until golden color and translucent

  5. 5

    Chop hardboiled eggs

  6. 6

    Now put together: julienned radish, sauteed onions (add to radish while it is still hot), hardboiled eggs, mayonnese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Can be served warm or cold
