Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupsabudana/ sago/ (soaked)
  • 1 tspoil
  • 2chopped ratalu (cubes)
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspgarted ginger
  • 1finely chopped green chilli
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2 tsproasted peanuts
  • 1 tspfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp or to tastesalt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a non -stick pan. add cumin seeds, wait them to pop. add green chilli, ginger. let them cook for 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    The add cups ratalu and salt, mix well. cover the pan and cook till ratalu and cooked.

  3. 3

    Once ratalu are cooked, add roasted peanuts and soaked sabudana, mix gently and cook for 5-7 minutes till sabudana pearls are soft and transparent.

  4. 4

    Make sure to stir, so it doent stick to the bottom of the pan. add some lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well. turn off the flame. and serve.
