Ingredients

1/2 an hour
  • For boat
  • 4 tbsmaida
  • 2 tbssuji
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt for batter
  • Water for make batter
  • Oil for frying
  • For serving boat
  • 2potato boiled
  • 1/2 bowlsprouted mong
  • 1/2 bowlbundi
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1/2 bowltamarind chutney
  • 1/4 bowlgreen chutney
  • 1 bowlnylon sev
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Roasted crushed jeera
  • Pomegranate

Steps

    For make batter of Boat

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients of boat for making batter with the help of water

  3. 3

    Batter should be thick enough like pakoda

  4. 4

    Now put enough oil in a vessel to fry the boat...

  5. 5

    Put mould of boat in hot oil.. Than take it out and put it in batter.. Take out and put it in hot oil on medium flame fry it golden colour... Make all boats like this... Put it all for cool down

  6. 6

    Now boil potato and chopped

  7. 7

    Take one plate put 2 boats in it.. Put some pieces of potato.. Now put bundi.. Sprouts.. Beted curd..green chutney.. tamarind chutney..masala and now put pomegranate and nylon sev..

    Boat chaat is ready to serve
