Ingredients

  • 500 gramschicken liver
  • 3bell peppers
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 tablespooncilantro
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1lemon
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken liver well, then add oil and garlic and sauté the liver with them, then add the spices until cooked.

  2. 2

    Add the bell peppers and lemon, cook for 2 minutes on the heat, then turn off the heat.
