1Red Bell Pepper
1Yellow Bell Pepper
1Orange Bell Pepper
1Sweet Onion
1 bunchFresh Cilantro
3Avocado ( ripe but not mushy)
5Roma Tomatoes
2 canMexicorn ( drained and rinsed)
2 canBlack Beans ( drained and rinsed)
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupVinegar
2 packagesZesty Italian dressing mix
2 tbspLime juice

Combine with chopped veggies in a large bowl.

In a separate or glass bowl mix these ingredients for the dressing.

Mix the dressing in with the chopped veggies and serve with chips.
