A Healthier Tuna Salad

Skip the mayonnaise. A healthy tuna salad can be just the opposite laden with mayonnaise. My recipe calls for protein packed greek yogurt with the flavor of a good for you fat from the avocado. Lighter but packed with a delightful blend of flavors. I love Wasa multi grain crackers and their light rye crackers to serve this on. A bed of lettuce would be excellent too.
