In a kadai heat oil then add chillies ginger and beans for a minute then add capsicum carrots cabbage stir fry for 2-3 minutes please do not over the cook veggies add noodles soy sauce chilli sauce vinegar salt toss them and stir fry them for about a minute ready to serve with ketchup
