Trying to get my summer body is hard but this breakfast is deliciously low calorie so it's easier
Cooking Instructions

Boil water and milk on high heat
- 2
Lower a bit, adding oatmeal
- 3
Cook on medium heat for five minutes
- 4
Once transferred to a bowl, mix in with glaze
- 5
Place blackberries on top and enjoy!

I usually cook about a cup- cup in a half at a time for my daughters. They love itYou can add (or minus) any ingredient really. I've added cranberries before or walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.RitaH

This is my macrobiotic version of a recipe by Harumi Kurihara that was in "LEE" magazine about 10(?) years ago.This bread doesn't keep well, so wrap and freeze any leftovers in ziplock bags. Reheat in a toaster oven for a freshly baked taste.Our small electric oven doesn't get very hot. If the bread does start to get too brown, I adjust the temperature by lowering the heat to 170℃.
