Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 325.
- 2
place cream and chocolate chips in saucepan over medium heat until chocolate is melted. whisk and set aside.

mix cracker crumbs, butter, and 2 Tbsp. sugar. press into bottom and 1" up the side of a springform pan.

beat flour, eggs, and 3/4 c. sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.

gradually add chocolate mixture, then pour into prepared pan.
- 6
bake 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.

run a knife around the inside of the side of the pan, then remove the side. cool 1 additional hour.
- 8
chill four hours or overnight.
