I went on a trip and fell in love with granola and yogurt parfaits. So, I began to buy non fat Greek yogurt along with store bought granola. I could not believe how much fat was in the granola, so I experimented with making my own. Although there might be a few more calories from the sugar, it is healthier because it is less fatty and made with all natural ingredients. However, if you are super health concise you can always replace both sugars with Stevia or Splenda. You can also put in chocolate chips, cranberries, or slivered almonds to give it your own personal flare! Enjoy!
