Pour bag of chocolate chips in microvave safe bowl along with a can of sweetened condensed milk (mix well coating all chocolate chips) microwave til chips are melted then add vanilla and nuts stir all together spread out on buttered cookie sheet (to make clean up easier you can use wax or parchment paper just make sure to butter it so the fudge comes off easily) refrigerate til chocolate is set firm cut and enjoy
