Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 pktNoodles,
  • 1 piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 20-25 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 200 gm Spring Onion.
  • 3 big tsp oil
  • 1 Big Capsicum,
  • 1/2cabbage,
  • 2Orange Carrots
  • 5-6chopped Green Chilis,
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededbunch of coriander leaves
  • 3big Onions,
  • 1/4 CupSoya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce & vinegar (mix all)
  • 2 tspAjino Moto,

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat water & Add 1 tsp oil and bring it to one boil. Add now noodles into it. Let it cook for 10 minutes and turn off the gas.

    In a Wok/Kadai, heat remaining oil and saute finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilis 1 by 1.. When this becomes soft, add 2 to 3 inch sliced onion, cabbage, capsicum and carrot and mix well.. stir the mixture until they are less than half cooked.. add 2 tsp ajino moto and mix well.. till then, drain water from noodles and clean them with cold water so that noodles does not stick to each other..

    Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and green chilli sauce and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.. add the cooked noodles and mix them well on medium well.

    Garnish with Chopped Spring Onion Coriander leaves.. Your Hakka Noodles/Chowmin is ready to serve hot ☺☺

    If you dont have spices much, then dont use the sauce mentioned above, instead add salt as per taste and mix well. It tastes yumm too
