Karela aloo in gravy

First, peel off the karela and aloo and wash them both.

Now cut into circles pieces.

Now take a cooker and put on the gas.

Now switch on the gas and add ghee and crakle jeera.

Now add only karele and cook for five minutes untill light brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute as well in slow flame.

Now add potato and tomato puri and saute as well.

Now add all masalas and mix as well.

Now add water and close the lid.

Now cook with it 4 to 5 whistle on slow flame.
