Dorito burrito

I was browsing through the cupboards and realized how versatile burritos are! For storage purposes I mix all ingredients together. Excluding the salsa and chips. Also please take this recipe and make it your own. If you love it post it! I would be elated to view your culinary cuisine. :D

I was browsing through the cupboards and realized how versatile burritos are! For storage purposes I mix all ingredients together. Excluding the salsa and chips. Also please take this recipe and make it your own. If you love it post it! I would be elated to view your culinary cuisine. :D
Steps
- 1
If the rice has not already been cooked. Begin with cooking the rice.
- 2
Pour the oil in the pan and set to medium heat.
- 3
While the oil is heating up start assembling your burrito. Start by breaking out the tortilla. Now take your refried beans and spread them around the tortilla. This will act as your base.
- 4
Once you spread out your refried beans. Add your meat, black beans, rice and salsa.
- 5
Now the fun part. Fold in half, take your spoon, and cram as much of that mix as you can into the bend of the tortilla. Following that, take the sides and fold them in. Now, fold over to finish wrapping it.
- 6
Now that the burrito is assembled place it in the heated skillet. Let that bad boy fry for a minute or so.
- 7
Check under your burrito and if it is that sexy golden brown, flip it over. Once it is golden brown on the other side, remove it from heat.
- 8
Reopen the burrito. Take a small handful of your favorite doritos and crush em. Place those crumbs in the burrito, reseal, and enjoy! :)
