Ingredients

  1. 1 lbPackage Red beans
  2. 7 cupCold water
  3. 1 largeonion
  4. 1Red bell pepper
  5. 1 cupCelery
  6. 6garlic cloves
  7. 1ground black pepper
  8. 1garlic powder
  9. 1onion power
  10. 1tsp. liquid smoke
  11. 1( teasp )Gumbo file
  12. 1tsp. ground thyme
  13. 1 lbAndouille Sauages
  14. 1dried oregano
  15. 1ground cloves
  16. 1Smoke neck bones are ham hock( washed,)
  17. 1teaspoon brown sugar
  18. 1/4olive oil, extra virgin

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beans well with cold water.In a cock pot add 7 to cups a water. Add dried beans, Smoke neck bones ,set your timer on high for 7to 8 hours. Slow cook for 2 hours add seasoning. Lawry's , to your tastebuds. Add garlic powder, onion powder, ground allspice, gumbo file, ground cloves, Liquid smoke,

    Let slow cook for 3 hours in a mean time saute chopped onions, chopped celery, garlic minced, 1 large bell pepper seeded chopped, Olive oil. Add sliced Andouille sliced sausages. to the saute mixer Till nice and translucent and gives that sweet aroma. Add to cooker slow cook till beans are tender and serve over steam rice.
