In a large zip lock bag add all ingredients including roast.

Marinate for a minimum of four hours. Eight hours is ideal.

Place roast onto rotisserie bar and set oven temperature to 325°F fahrenheit. Roast for twenty minutes per pound.

Remove from oven and rest meat for 10 minutes before carving.

Reserve marinade to make a gravy.

To make a gravy, remove the chunk of ginger and garlic cloves. Add 1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth to marinade. Heat over medium heat.

Take out 1/4 cup of liquid. Mix in two tablespoons of corn starch. Return this mixture back to marinade and cook until thickened.
