Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef ( i used lean ground beef 93% lean 7% fat)
  2. 1 mediumonion,chopped
  3. 3 tspgarlic,minced
  4. 1 tspdried basil
  5. 1/2 tspmarjoram,thyme,oregano,crushed rosemary
  6. 2 tspsea salt
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 2 can8 oz. mushrooms,chopped
  9. 2 can14.5oz.stewed tomatoes
  10. 2 can15 oz.tomato sauce
  11. 1 can12oz.tomato paste

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    in a large pan brown the beef,onion,and garlic.drain.

  2. 2

    add remaining ingredients to the beef,and simmer on low heat for 30 min-1hr.stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    serve over pasta.
