I made this my own was an experiment and hold it while eating was a challenge but it was very nice. So any one who makes it and is able to eat it in slices with a fork knife please let me know

Break and whisk eggs

Place pan on heat and add cooking oil
- 3
Add eggs and prepare an omelette

When cooked on both sides remove and set aside

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil
- 6
Add tomatoes when onions start turning slightly brown
- 7
Cover for tomatoes to tenderize then add salt after a minute crash tomatoes and stir for a minute the turn off heat
- 8
Place 2tbs of tomato sauce on omelette and roll the omelette around it and hold with a toothpick then serve.
