Ingredients

40-45 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 2.5 cupsGrated carrot
  • 3-4 cupsMilk
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/4 CupsChopped cashew -
  • 1-2 tbsRaisins -
  • 1/4 cupGhee -
  • 1/2 cupSugar -

Steps

40-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Add carrot & milk in a kadhai...let it cook for 30- 35 minutes on low flame....

  2. 2

    When the milk reduced...add sugar and stir continue...

  3. 3

    When the sugar dissolved then switch off the gas and add cashew,raisins Cardamom powder and ghee... served hot
