Cut & wash palak. Soak moong for 15 minutes.
Add palak, moong, tomatoes, green chillies, half of onions, garlic & ginger. (keep half for tempering) in pressure cooker. Cook until 4-5 whistles on medium flame. Switch off gas. - 2
Once steam released & palak cooled down grind into coarse paste.

Heat ghee/butter in a Kadhai. Add onion. Saute until translucent. Add crushed ginger, garlic paste & red chilli powder.

Add palak puree, salt, Garam Masala & coriander powder. Stir well. Cook until thick (palak gravy separates Kadhai.)

Garnish with butter.
Serve hot with makki ki roti, naan/chappaties or Jeera rice.
