Take a big mixing bowl add all purpose flour,1/3cup Ghee and salt according to taste mix gently and make crumble

Make a soft dough using warm water. Cover it And leave for 30 minute.

Heat 2 tablespoon ghee add hing and Cumin seeds

When Cumin seeds crackle add chopped ginger and chilli saute 1 minutes

Add all dry fruits and saute 2 minutes

Now add boiled mash potato,And add all remaining spice

Make big balls and roll it using rolling pin make big roti

Cut cookies cutter or bowl

Put 1 teaspoon filling in 1 part and cover another part

Fold edges of Chandrakala

Heat ghee in a pan and deep-frying chanderkala in low flame

When chanderkala golden in colour take out form ghee

Now shahi chanderkala (namkeen) ready for serve
