Ingredients

30 mins
3 servings
  • 3arrow roots
  • 3sweet potatoes
  • 2 cupswater, small cups
  • 1 pinchsalt (optional)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the sweet potatoes and arrow roots well and put to boil after adding water.

  2. 2

    Cover well and tightly. Put to boil.

  3. 3

    Cook for 30 mins then remove from heat when its soft

  4. 4

    Peel them and serve with tea
