Ingredients

  1. 1Chicken Breast
  2. 1Onion diced
  3. 1/2 packagesSliced mushrooms
  4. 1 packagesMatzah ball soup mix
  5. 1 dashpepper
  6. 1 dashGarlic
  7. 2Eggs
  8. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  9. 2carrots sliced
  10. 1 bunchCelery diced
  11. 2red potatoes - chopped
  12. 1 dashItalian Seasoning
  13. 2leeks - sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend 2 eggs and olive oil together, mix in matzah ball mix until moist and set in fridge

    Put all sliced/diced veggies into large pot and cover with water

  3. 3

    Heat veggies on medium-high heat

  4. 4

    Add matzah soup mix, spices, and bouillon

  5. 5

    Chop boneless, skinless chicken breast and Brown in pan with spices to taste and a splash olive oil. Add to soup when fully cooked

  6. 6

    Make 10-15 balls with mix from fridge and add to soup.

  7. 7

    Put on lid and let simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
