Heat oil in a pan on high flame about 3minutes.

Add Cumin seeds and wait until they gets light golden brown in colour.
Once done, add Tomatoes and Green Chilies. Keep the stove to high flame.
Add Red Chilli Powder, Mango Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and Turmeric Powder. Mix well.
Add Peas and Potatoes. Mix well and turn the stove to medium flame. - 3
Sprinkle some water and let it cook for 4 minutes.
After 4 minute, switch off the stove.
Dhaba Style Aloo Matar is ready to enjoy with Lachcha Parantha.
